         Prices are indicated in euros, excluding or including taxes depending on the applicable status.
         Fees may be fixed or based on a commission on rental income.
         Any additional services will be subject to separate invoicing.
      4. Orders and Agreement
         Each assignment is formalized through a contract, mandate, or quotation.
         Validation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
      5. Client Obligations
         The client agrees to:

         Saint Louis Living is bound by a best-efforts obligation.
         It shall not be held liable for:

    • vacancy periods
    • events beyond its control

1. 1. 8. Duration and Termination
         Contracts are concluded for a fixed or indefinite period.
         They may be terminated under the conditions set out in the contract.
      9. Payment
         Fees are payable according to the terms defined in the contract.
         Late payments may result in penalties.
      10. Intellectual Property
          All materials, photos, listings, and content created remain the property of Saint Louis Living unless otherwise agreed.
      11. Personal Data
          Collected data is used strictly within the contractual relationship and is not sold to third parties.
      12. Disputes
          In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
          Failing this, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts where the company’s registered office is located.
      13. Governing Law
          These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
